Privacy
What we collect. When you join the RexAffects list, sign up for the Plugin Player beta or send a booking inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your email, and if you choose, your mobile number, plus booking details (name, event date, venue, city, event type, attendance, budget and your message). We also note which page or link brought you here (for example, a link from Instagram) so we know which posts work.
How we use it. To send what you signed up for: beta invites, new plugins and drops, live-show news, and replies to booking inquiries. Email signups are confirmed with a link first (double opt-in), and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Ads and measurement. This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to count page visits and signups from our ads, so we know which ads work. It sets a cookie in your browser. We never send your email or phone number to Meta. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or in your Facebook ad settings.
Who sees it. Rex and the services that run the list for us (email and text delivery, hosting). We never sell or rent your information.
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, reply STOP to any text, or ask us to delete your details through the inquiry form on the booking page or a DM to @rexaffects.
SMS Terms
The program. RexAffects texts: new plugins, drops and live shows. You only get texts if you tick the SMS box on one of our forms and give your mobile number. The box says:
Text me about new plugins, drops and live shows. By checking this, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from RexAffects at this number. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- How often: recurring, and it varies. Typically up to 4 messages a month (about one a week, plus drop days).
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, from your carrier.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after.
- Help: reply HELP to any message.
- Not required: consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- Your number stays with us: mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
